Herdsire (Male)
We knew it! The 1st daughter sired by Aussie Maku received JUDGES CHOICE at the 2014 Empire as well as the fawn fleece color championship. She also was awarded Fawn Reserve Color Champion at 7 months of age at the 2014 GWAS where over 800 alpacas were shown in extremely tough classes. (Shantilly is now owned by Christine and David Houseworth of Cabin View Alpacas.) Maku is one of a kind and we knew that his offspring would be the same. Flawless conformation and dense, dense fleece that is very uniform. We have bred him to females of color. He made grey!!! We bred Maku to Silver Spirit and we got a lovely classic rose grey female with a fleece that feels like a dream. This is one serious male! Other offspring owned by Virginia Breeze and also K-Ran Alpacas have received Judge’s Choice banners in 2016, 2017 and 2018. Maku is not a common household name but his family tree is spectacular from the back to the front. We're thrilled to have this male on our stud row! Co-owned with Aussie Acres Alpacas

Mission Accomplished just keeps getting better and better as is evidenced by his class standings, championships, progeny and his 2021 Herdsire of the Year award from the Futurity (small farm division). He has truly Accomplished his Mission! At the 2015 Futurity, the most competitive show in the country, Mission Accomplished did himself proud by standing in line for his ribbon among the industry’s top competitors – and he was the youngest in his large juvenile class of fawns. Beautiful phenotype and fleece that is bright, crimpy, fine and uniform and it is all packed on tightly on his well developed and strong frame. Sired by multiple champion producing and winning Jeremiah’s Peruvian Jumanji and out of LMFI Peruvian Delissa, a beautiful show girl in her day he is the total package. His progeny have done beautifully in the show ring as well. Mission is now proudly co-owed with Ebfort Alpacas and is standing stud at FLA.

We’re thrilled to add this male to our lineup of stud males. Co-owed with Majestic Meadows, standing at FLA; he adds additional grey genetics to our offerings. He had an amazing show career (results of which will be added to this record shortly) and has the honor of championing in both grey and brown (and also showing in fawn). At his 2020 shearing, he confounded those doing micron testing. He had the finest fleece requiring four separate samples to confirm the 13 micron fleece - AT FOUR YEARS OLD!!!! He’s square, balanced, easily handled and great at “his job”. Call us! Alpaca Coat Color Testing: eeaa - what can be known as a "cryptic black" which means when you breed him to a female with EEaa, he will throw black MOST of the time!!

The Snowmass Velvet Line is well-known by breeders and Bomber’s sire, Best in Velvet, is carrying that stamp with the addition of Best Man who now resides in Germany. His dam is from the Rolex line. From the day he was born, his promise was obvious. And now, as a two-year-old, he will just be starting his stud career. Expectations are high. Characteristics - Long, very dense, fine fleece that is uniform across the blanket - Robust frame: broad, large boned, and correctly balanced - Very bright fleece - Calm and well-mannered Proudly co-owned with Ebfort Alpacas and standing stud at FLA.
